Радары в России вроде делают не худшие, техзадание на него выдано не проще, чем для американского. Радаров несколько.

В США туева хуча серийных РЛС с АФАР и БРЛС с АФАР, уже 20 лет. В российских ВВС и ПВО серийной нет ни единой!

Плюс разница в малозаметности упомянутых самолетов незначительна, уж точно меньше, чем между малозаметным и обычным самолетом. Это даст секунды, не более.
- Разница между ЭПР Т-50 0.5 м2 и ЭПР F-35 0.001 м2 действительно невелика - "всего" в 500 раз. Т.е. дальность обнаружения разнится в √√500=4.73 раза!
